Six people. Everyone works on delivery.
There is no sales team and no delivery layer. The person who runs the diagnostic session is the person who writes the documents.
Daniel Whitfield
Founder & Principal Consultant
Fifteen years in distribution operations, seven of them running a regional depot network of four sites. Daniel started Azkoro after spending most of a year rewriting the same intake process at three different companies and concluding the problem was structural rather than local.
He leads diagnostic sessions and works on operational reviews. Outside work he is a reluctant fell runner.
Sophia Carter
Head of Operations
Sophia runs delivery: scheduling, scoping and the day-to-day management of live engagements. She came from fulfilment operations, where she spent six years moving from shift supervisor to site operations manager, and has strong opinions about which process documentation survives contact with a warehouse floor.
She is the first point of contact for new enquiries.
Priya Raman
Supply Chain Analyst
Priya handles supplier data: consolidating registers, summarising terms, and building performance scorecards that clients keep using after we leave. She has a particular interest in making spreadsheets that survive being handed to someone who did not build them.
She also produces the monthly exception and supplier reports.
Tomás Ferreira
Process Documentation Lead
Tomás writes the SOPs. He spent nine years on warehouse floors before moving into operations management, which is why his documents describe what people do rather than what a process diagram says they should do.
He runs the first-time-reader validation on every SOP set we deliver.
Eleanor Boyd
Client Operations Manager
Eleanor coordinates everything around the work: scheduling, handover packs, and the first month of post-engagement support. If a document goes missing three weeks after handover, Eleanor is the person who finds it.
She also manages our own internal documentation, on the principle that we should be able to follow our own advice.
Marcus Adeyemi
Data & Reporting Analyst
Marcus turns existing operational data into reports clients were previously assembling by hand every month. Most of his work is less about analysis and more about finding out that three systems disagree with each other.
He builds the templates that ship with our operational reviews.
How the team is structured
No delivery layer
Everyone who scopes the work also does the work. There is nobody to hand your project to once the contract is signed.
Two people per engagement
Usually one lead and one specialist. Small enough that communication stays direct, large enough that nobody is a single point of failure.
Four engagements at a time
Our cap. When we are full, we say so rather than stretching delivery across more clients than the team can properly serve.
Want to work with us?
We are usually open to hearing from operations people who have run the work, not just written about it.
